• Proceeded to CBP Processing Area (Customs and Border Protection)
  • Follow the signs down two levels
• Move through the US Citizen queue (long serpentine line)
  • First Check – Border Protection
    • present passport, answer questions about time out of the country
  • Baggage Claim
    • Find your luggage at the carousel
  • Second Check – Customs and Agriculture Inspection
    • Explain if you have anything to declare (overseas purchase)
  • Check Luggage
    • Before leaving the CBP Processing Area
    • Check luggage with United Airlines
    • They will move your checked bag to the next flight
• Move up a level to the ATS (Airport Transportation System)
  • Board and travel to Terminal 1

Terminal 1

• Proceeded to the departures TSA queue
  • Check through TSA
• Proceeded to the departure gate
